　　我的'叔叔是個大廚師 ，他今天要教我炸薯條，我決定吃過午飯后試試。

　　My uncle is a chef. He is going to teach me French fries today. I decided to try it after lunch.

　　首先把媽媽買回來的大馬鈴薯洗洗，去皮，切成條。

　　First of all, wash, peel and slice the big potatoes that mom bought.

　　然后，把薯條在水里泡一會，叔叔特別提醒我，泡的時間要長，要不烤出來的就不是土豆條了，是土豆餅。泡了大約10分鐘，我把土豆撈上來。

　　Then, soak the French fries in the water for a while. My uncle reminded me that the soaking time should be long. Otherwise, the baked potato chips are not the potato cakes. After about 10 minutes of soaking, I fished up the potatoes.

　　待油燒熱后，我把薯條放進鍋里，它們立刻在鍋里面唱起歌來，我用鏟子讓它們在里面快樂地翻跟頭，有趣極了。

　　When the oil is hot, I put the French fries into the pot, and they immediately sing in the pot. I use a shovel to make them happily turn their heads inside. It's very interesting.

　　過了一會，薯條由軟變硬，由金黃變成了淡黃。

　　After a while, the chips changed from soft to hard, from golden to light yellow.

　　薯條炸好了，我把它們盛到盤子里，香味立刻把全家人吸引來，嘗著我親手做的薯條，一個勁的夸我手藝棒!

　　French fries are ready, I put them on the plate, the fragrance immediately attracted the whole family, tasted the French fries I made by myself, and praised my craftsmanship!
