As the development of modern technology, Smartphone has become quite popular all over the world with its outstanding functions. People can use phones to surf the Internet, their personal micro blog, and upload their latest pictures atany place, anytime. It seems that smart phones have already become an indispensable part in people’s daily lives. However, some people are indulgingin smart phones, which already have side-effect on their normal life.

Somepeople, especially teenagers, are easily fall for smartphone for these reasons.First of all, nowadays, people are under great pressure, while cell phone provides a platform for people to relax themselves. By playing mini-games,vocal chatting with friends, watching movies and listening to music, people caneasily forget their problems temporary. Second, there are always something new on the phone. It is can be interesting, mysterious and various. So people areeager to turn on their phones, want to know what is happening around them. When people spend too much time on the phones, they don’t have enough chance to communicate with their friends or parents. Their attentions have been drawn awayby the virtual world. Lack of good self-control, they are fragile to the smartphone addiction, while they supposed to focus on their study and work.
一些人，特別是青少年，極容易被智能手機(jī)吸引。原因有這些：首先，當(dāng)今社會(huì)人們壓力很大，智能手機(jī)提供了一個(gè)給人們放松的平臺(tái)。通過玩小游戲，與朋友語(yǔ)音聊天，看電影聽音樂，人們很容易暫時(shí)忘記他們的煩惱。其二，手機(jī)上總有新鮮事。有趣的、神秘的.、種類繁多的信息吸引著大家打開手機(jī)，去了解周圍到底發(fā)生了什么。當(dāng)人們花了太多的時(shí)間在手機(jī)上時(shí)，就沒有足夠的機(jī)會(huì)去與朋友父母聊天溝通。他們的注意力已被虛擬世界所吸引。缺乏好的自控能力，他們?cè)谑謾C(jī)成癮面前弱不禁風(fēng)。他們理應(yīng)集中精力在學(xué)習(xí)和工作上的。
I think people should take smartphone addiction seriously. Quitting addiction needs time and patience. People should turn off their phones, go outside and communicate with others face to face. Do more exercise and form optimistic attitude towards life！
我認(rèn)為人們應(yīng)重視把智能手機(jī)成癮癥。戒掉它需要時(shí)間和耐心。人們應(yīng)該關(guān)掉手機(jī)，走出家門與他人面對(duì)面的溝通交流。多做運(yùn)動(dòng)，培養(yǎng)樂觀積極的心態(tài)！
