Notice
The students of Senior Grade One and Grade Two will go out for a visit on April 25. We'll first go to the museum to see an exhibition of Man and Nature. When you’re in the exhibition hall you should keep silent and make careful notes because we’re going to have a discussion after we come back. After that we plan to visit the botanical garden on the Quanshan Hill and have a picnic on the top of it. So please bring lunch and some drinking water with you.
Our school bus will take us there. The school bus will leave at 7:20. Please gather at our school gate at 7:00 a.m.
Those who want to take part in the activity should sign up for it at the Students’ Union before Thursday.

The majority of us consider it very necessary to go to college.They think it can widen their knowledge and improve their qualities.Only in this way can they find better jobs after graduation.Very few students,that is about ten percent of the students think it no use going university, because the tuition is too high for their family to afford.What’s more, it’s rather hard for college graduates to seek satisfactory jobs.Thirty percent of the students, however, believe “All roads lead to Rome.” Therefore it doesn’t make any difference whether they go to college or not.
In my opinion, we can receive a better education at college so that we can serve our motherland.

Dear Editor,
Recently many places in China were blanketed with thick fog. The Air Quality Index in most parts reached 500.Everything around disappeared from our sight. Some highways were closed. More traffic jams and accidents happened .People had to wear masks .What’s worse, many people found it difficult to breathe.
The heavy hazy weather in China has been caused by many factors. First, the severely polluted environment contributed a lot to this nightmare. Second, the increase of cars in the city area plays an important role. The cars send off a lot of poisonous gases.
In my opinion, We should call on people to use more public transport, thus reducing the number of cars in the streets. Besides, some factories which cause pollution should be closed down. What’s more, We have to do more to raise people’s awareness of environmental protection . Only in this way can we expect to have more sunny days.
